What migrates from
WooCommerce to Shopify.
The whole store, not just the catalogue. Every entity lands in staging first, so you can check it before it exists anywhere else.
Titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, prices, sale prices, stock levels and every variant combination, with categories arriving as collections.
Customer accounts with names, emails and addresses, linked to their order history, with duplicate detection built in.
Real Shopify orders keeping their original numbers, dates, totals, taxes and payment status. No customer emails triggered, inventory untouched.
Discount codes arrive as Shopify discounts with their amounts, rules, usage limits and expiry dates intact.
WordPress and WooCommerce content pages become Shopify pages, with staging tools to clean up leftover shortcodes before you push.
Meta titles and descriptions, Yoast and RankMath data, image alt text, and automatic 301 redirects for every migrated URL.

What exactly is a "staged" migration?
We copy your entire WooCommerce catalogue, products, variants, customers, orders, coupons and pages, into a private staging environment first. You browse it like a real store, edit anything, then push to Shopify in one action. Nothing touches your live store until you approve it.
Will my store go offline during migration?
No. Your WooCommerce store keeps running and selling the whole time. Migration happens in the background; you switch to Shopify only when staging looks exactly right, and you control when to redirect traffic to the new store.
What data can be migrated?
Our platform supports comprehensive migration of all essential data:
- Products: simple products, variable products with all variants, images, descriptions, SKUs, prices and inventory
- Customers: customer accounts, email addresses and order history, with duplicate detection
- Orders: complete order history as real Shopify orders, keeping original numbers, dates, totals and payment status
- Coupons: discount codes with all rules and conditions
- Pages: CMS content pages with proper formatting
- SEO data: meta titles, descriptions, Yoast/RankMath metadata and alt tags
How are orders migrated?
Orders arrive in Shopify as real orders, not drafts. Each one keeps its original order number, date, line items, totals, taxes, discounts and payment status, linked to the right customer.
The import is silent and safe: no confirmation emails are sent to your customers and your Shopify inventory is left untouched. Edge cases are handled too, including fully refunded and zero-total orders. Guest checkouts create the customer record Shopify requires, so your final Shopify customer count can be slightly higher than the number of customers migrated. Like everything else, orders land in staging first, so you can check them before they go anywhere near your live store.
How long does a migration take?
Migration time depends on your store size and selected options:
- Small stores (0-100 products): 1-4 hours
- Medium stores (100-500 products): 4-12 hours
- Large stores (500-2,000 products): 12-24 hours
- Enterprise stores (2,000+ products): 24-48 hours
The migration runs in the background, so you can leave and return anytime, and your WooCommerce store stays fully operational throughout. If you enable AI enhancement, add roughly 20-30% as products are optimised individually.
Can I test before paying?
Yes. Test mode migrates up to 5 items of each type using your real WooCommerce and Shopify stores, with all features available including AI enhancement and staging, and no payment required. Enable it in the setup wizard with the "Test migration" option.
