Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Erys AI Ltd when you use Storeflit.
Last updated: 19 July 2026
1. Who we are
Storeflit is operated by Erys AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15781123. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
These terms apply whenever you use storeflit.com or any Storeflit service. By creating an account or running a migration or translation, you agree to them. If you are using Storeflit on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. The service
Storeflit migrates WooCommerce stores to Shopify through a staged review process, and offers an AI store translation service. When you run a migration we import your selected store data into a private staging environment, where you can review and edit everything before pushing it to Shopify. Nothing is written to your Shopify store until you instruct us to push it.
We connect to your stores only through their official APIs, using credentials you provide. WooCommerce access is read-only; we do not modify or delete anything in your source store.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and store API credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
- You must be authorised to connect the WooCommerce and Shopify stores you connect, and to migrate or translate the data they contain.
- Tell us promptly through support if you suspect unauthorised account access.
4. Fees and payment
Storeflit charges one-time fees; there are no subscriptions. Migrations are priced per item, and translation jobs are priced as a flat fee per job. Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is taken before you push staged data to Shopify. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Each paid migration includes free re-migration within 30 days of your first run, so you can refresh staged data if your WooCommerce catalogue changes before go-live.
If you have not yet pushed data to Shopify, or if we fail to complete your migration or migrate your data accurately, you can request a refund through support. Our current refund terms are set out on the FAQ page.
5. Your data and your responsibilities
You remain responsible for the data you migrate or translate, including your own customers' personal data. You confirm that you have the right, and where required a lawful basis, to transfer that data through Storeflit to Shopify. We process your store data on your instructions to perform the migration or translation you configure, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Staging exists so you can check the results before they go live. You are responsible for reviewing staged data and approving what is pushed to your Shopify store. You can delete staged data and saved stores in the app at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Storeflit for anything unlawful, or migrate data you have no right to use;
- attempt to probe, disable or circumvent our security, rate limits or access controls;
- interfere with the service or other customers, including by placing unreasonable load on the platform;
- resell or provide the service to third parties as your own, except migrations you run for clients you are authorised to act for;
- use the AI features to generate unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
We may suspend accounts that breach these rules while we investigate.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Storeflit platform, software, branding and documentation. You own your store data. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service to you. AI-enhanced or translated content produced from your data is yours to use; you are responsible for reviewing it before publication.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep Storeflit reliable, but the service is provided as available and, to the extent the law allows, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Migrations depend on third-party platforms and APIs, including WooCommerce, Shopify, and our infrastructure providers, whose behaviour, limits and availability are outside our control. We may carry out maintenance, update features or modify the service, and will take reasonable care to avoid disrupting migrations in progress.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the fees you have paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data you have not asked us to hold, or losses arising from third-party platforms, including Shopify or WooCommerce, acting outside our control. Always keep your own backups of your source store; Storeflit does not replace them.
10. Termination
You can stop using Storeflit at any time and delete your staged data and saved stores in the app. Deleting your account removes your staged migration data. We may suspend or close accounts that materially breach these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections that by their nature should survive, including fees owed, intellectual property and limitation of liability, survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to draw it to your attention. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or the service.
